During last February, the children's teams of L'Alqueria del Basket and the players of the ADERES Association (Sports, Rehabilitation and Social Association) merged into a single team, carrying out different training sessions together. This initiative is the fourth action of the new social project carried out by the Personal Development Area of L'Alqueria del Basket.

 

Both performed different exercises to prepare for their respective competitions together and guided by their coaches. Exercises that address the physical preparation of athletes, exercises with the ball and in pairs were the focus of a training marked by the camaraderie between the members of the different teams.

 

The players of the ADERES Association are a great source of inspiration for the players of the club's training categories. These athletes have been able to use sport, in general, and basketball, in particular, as a method of physical and mental development. They were able to transmit many values to junior players during the different training sessions that took place between players from different teams.

 

The social project continues steadily in search of the formation of the different players of L'Alqueria del Basket in the different aspects of life, both sporting and personal. Values such as discipline, hard work or effort are those that we seek to transmit and impregnate each of our players.
