The fourth training day for coaches of this season of the Basketball Chair L'Alqueria del Basket with the Universitat de València and the support of Caixabank is coming. An appointment that will have as protagonist Paco Alarcón next January 26th.

 

This year, as one of the main novelties, all those registered for either of the two options will receive digital material related to the topic covered in the clinic. And as usual, the hours will continue to be valid for FEB and FBCV coaches courses, being 4 hours per day computable for those who opt for the Coach Experience. A new leap in level to offer the most complete training.

 

Paco Alarcón will share his knowledge on "Progression of the use of the reception. Minibasket." A talk that will take place in the center court of L'Alqueria at 20:30h.

 

About Paco Alarcón

The coach is currently Professor at the University of Alicante in the area of basketball teaching and didactics. In addition, he is also a researcher in decision making and neurocognitive factors associated with sport. He has been more than 20 years training youth teams in club such as C.B Granada or UCAM Murcia and is currently sports coordinator of A.D. Infante. Regarding his experience in senior basketball, he was ACB assistant coach at Polaris Word Murcia during the 2003-04 season and at UCAM Murcia in the 2013-14 campaign. He was also head coach in the EBA league category between 2007 and 2015.

 

Coach Experience with Paco Pardo

In addition to the usual option of attending the clinics in the main court of the facility, or watching them online at a price of 12 euros with the best possible speakers, there is the possibility of further improving the training received. Those who wish may opt for the Coach Experience, having access to a full training session developed at the Club before the clinic, with a discussion at the end with the coach who directs it, thus having the option to ask him about the work developed. Those who wish to live this experience will be able to do so for only 6 euros more, that is, 18 euros for the full day.

 

Those registered who choose this option, will live the Coach Experience with Paco Pardo, coach of the U12 men’s team. The Coach Experience will start at 18:30h in the main court.
