BasketFit grows in its debut year

BasketFit, L'Alqueria del Basket's training program with strength and aerobic exercises that integrates basketball activities, grows only three months after its launch. This activity, open to anyone interested, opens new groups after the great response it has had from the public with more than 20 people already enrolled and enjoying this training.

 

To date, the activity was available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:15 pm to 3:15 pm, with two simultaneous classes. Now, with the increase in demand, new groups are being opened on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:20 pm to 4:20 pm. In total, the program includes 8 work sessions per month, all of them led by a professional.

 

The workouts, in a luxury facility such as the home of European basketball training, L'Alqueria del Basket, are under the supervision of a certified physical trainer and include the following aspects:

· Work on a basketball court

· Personalized training by objectives

· Small work groups

· Combined work on muscle building, coordination, agility and endurance.

 

The price of the activity is 40 euros per month for these 8 work sessions per month.
