L'Alqueria del Basket was present last June 21 at the event for the XXX Anniversary of the Chairs of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Valencia. The Basketball Chair of L'Alqueria del Basket is part of them and Pedro Cotolí, head of the Performance Department of Valencia Basket, attended on their behalf.

 

At the beginning of the event, an Exhibition on the Chairs in the areas of Humanities and Social Sciences was presented in the lobby of the Salón de Actos Juan Fuster. In it and in poster format, the directors of the Chairs presented to the Rector Maria Vicenta Mestre the objectives and activities of each of the Chairs. Subsequently, the Rector inaugurated the event, which preceded a round table on "Culture, territory and Valencian society. A look from the university chairs" in which Pedro Cotolí participated along with other professionals, where they discussed the importance of the chairs.
