Since the inauguration of L'Alqueria del Basket, the “Mur dels Somnis” (Wall of Dreams) has been a very special part of it. Located at the access to the main court, it is a list of all the players who have made their debut with the Valencia Basket proffesional team in the highest national category or in international matches, after having completed in the Club's youth teams the two years prior to their debut
Alex Vera was the first to join his name to the illustrious ones that already appeared in the Mur with the creation of the facility. Since then, two more males (Ion Galarza and Guillem Ferrando) and one female (Lorena Segura) have been able to join that long list, which today is an example for everyone in the home of European basketball training. Millán Jiménez and Claudia Contell, who have already fulfilled the requirements and will be included as soon as the measures imposed by the health authorities allow the celebration of their act of inclusion, were the last to achieve it.

The same happens now with Paula García, who will join those names. The player from Castellón, made her debut yesterday in Liga Femenina Endesa against Campus Promete playing 1:14 minutes and connecting with Celeste Trahan-Davis for the American to add two more points to the taronja victory.

In this way, Paula Garcia will be the seventh player to be part of the Mur dels Somnis de L'Alqueria since its inception, the third woman to do so. The Club will celebrate, as with Millán and Claudia, her act of inclusion when the health situation allows it, following the recommendations of the health authorities.

Requirements to join the Mur dels Somnis
The requirements to be fulfilled by a Valencia Basket player to obtain the recognition in the Mur, are the following:

- The Club understands as youth categories the U14, U16 and U18 stages.
- The debut must take place in an official competition game, European or national at the highest level, with the Proffesional Team (friendly matches are not taken into account).
- The player must have played in the Club's youth categories in the two years prior to his/her debut with the First Team.
- In the event that a player debuts without having completed the two years in a youth team and continues training at the Club until he/she reaches the year two, his/her participation in official competition after that time will be taken into account for inclusion in the Mur.

About Paula García
The player from Castellón came to the Club as a second year U16 after passing through CB Castellón and has been training as a taronja since then, growing both in her performance and in the values that characterize the Culture of Endeavour. Paula, who was an important player in L'Alqueria's U18 team that won the national bronze, faces this season her first senior year, being a player linked to Nou Bàsquet Paterna Proyecto Lázarus in Liga Femenina 2, with which she is accumulating many minutes of experience in the silver category, in which she averages more than 14 minutes in her 10 participations.
