L’Alqueria del Basket, one of the top basketball Academy in Europe, of the Valencia BC, Spain, goes one further step on the road of becoming a point of reference for the basketball  worldwide, launching this time a tool with the aim to enhance all levels of baskeball.

‘’AdB Hoops,’’ the first international, basketball digital magazine, will be released at the end of September, and everybody can subscribe, free of charge.

The magazine will deal with all areas of our sport, with the collaboration of the greatest international experts in each topic, who will share their knowledge and experiences with a very wide audience on every corner of the world.

The aim is to help basketball to grow, as well as creating a network of basketball people in every continent.

The editor-in-chief is Giorgio Gandolfi, an international consultant with an extensive network of contacts, who had the same position on FIBA magazine “Assist”, as well as he was author of several technical books, published on different languages.

This digital magazine has been created for all the basketball audiences, as long as there they have an interest on improving their knowledge of our sport.

Senior and young coaches, strenght and conditioning coaches, physical trainers, referees, doctors, club, leagues or federations executives, as well as managers of marketing, communication, digital, and so on, will be the potential audience. But, also, the magazine could be interesting for the fans, who want to get a better and a more detailed picture of our sport. All of them will find in ‘’AdB Hoops’’ a place to lean on to continue the development of their work, nurture their passion, and being aware of all the innovations on their field.

Bimonthly and in Two Languages

At the end of September, the first issue of the magazine will be published, both in Spanish and English, and the publication will be bimonthly. All subscribers will be notified when the new issue will be released.

Not only basketball…

Another section of the magazine will also be dedicated to experts from other sports, with the aim of establishing synergies, and also learning from them. There will be also interviews with top personalities, who have excelled on other fields, but like basketball.

Besides, a on the section named ‘’Hoops for All” there will be pages dedicated to basketball played by people with impairments, who are also part of our big family of basketball.

With the Experience of a Team, which is among the best in Europe…

Valencia Basket Club, a consolidated team and club, both nationally and internationally, will also put the experience of its technical and managerial staff at the service of the readers. On this first issue, Jaume Ponsarnau, the head coach, who won this year the Eurocup, will be one of those, who will share his technical vision.
